I gave private lectures of newtonian mechanics, electrophysics, fluid mechanics, calculus, algebra, analytic geometry at technical high school level.I gave private lectures of Italian grammar and orthography, reading and interpreting texts, Italian geography, introduction to historical methodology, arithmetic at primary school level children.

I joined the Company as it was in the process of renewing its ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification, and I took part in that process working in the quality control department. At the same time, I have been involved in the drafting and revision of operational and emergency procedures.I have managed/supervised:- service and operation meetings (daily agenda preparation, coordination of negotiations, finalizing decisions);- staff training (revision of teaching programmes, briefing and debriefing with the staff educator);- Internal audits (process analysis, quality design strategies, future negotiation objectives);- analysis of contracts with suppliers;- design and review of KPIs.I have performed first hand :- workshops on safety procedure, and environmental safety/protection;- lectures on new operational procedures and quality certification requirements;- modeling and optimization of supply chain logistics .

Progetto OPRM – Old Person Remote Monitoring:The project's aim was the realization of a device that would allow home monitoring of chronic heart disease. My main task was to act as a liaison between the medical teams and the electrical engineers to ensure the formation of a shared meaningful and effective collaboration. Following a middle-out approach, I have worked closely with the study’s case patients, highlighting a design and a business plan that matched the technological potentials and the public's needs. I have supervised the implementation of the operation algorithms, the design of the database and I have participated in the evaluation of the company's candidates for production.

I joined the Company in a period of expansion of the production line dedicated to special papers suitable for wet/oily food. These papers are designed for automatic and manual packaging of food products.As a management assistant, I have developed organizational skills aimed at coordination between the different departments and, in addition, I have monitored the purchase and sale transactions, payments and collections.I had responsibilities related to the work orders management such as, for example, optimization of production processes, reduction of set-up times, measurement and control of the delivery and performance of the logistics area.Also, I had responsibilities related to the following activities:- supplier management, coordination of sales agents;- management of relationships with key customers and brand loyalty;- customer specific needs resolution.
