Overview:Develops and delivers designated training programs for Tech Data employees for both non-exempt and managerial. Assesses, recommends, develops and/or sources needed training courses, materials, and activities.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:- Provides classroom, one-on-one, and on the job training and instruction to new and existing employees on technical and non-technical subjects.- Makes any necessary changes/additions to software applications training as necessary- Program Development/Implementation: Develops and/or sources specialized training programs as needed.- Performs ongoing review and updating of existing designated training programs and materials.- Program Evaluation: Evaluates the effectiveness of programs delivered through various established measurement methods such as surveys, training skills attainment and management development.Serves as "Performance Consultant": - Effectively assists clients with needs assessments, skills gap identification and makes appropriate developmental activity suggestions based on information gathered.

-Teaches and trains others on basic terminology/concepts associated with account management -Acts as a Mentor and provides feedback on performance and progress of New Hire Sales Support Representatives -Assesses daily progress and assigns workload for New Hire Sales Support Representatives-Improve/standardize business practices to maximize profit and efficiency through SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.-Run various sales reports to show business trends, track orders, and demonstrate workplace efficiency. -Partner with outside departments to create the best solution for internal and external customers. -Train and oversee new employee's development.-Build successful working relationships with Sales Representatives and management to accomplish sales goals-Set performance standards and prioritize tasks for Sales Representatives. -Deliver superior service by resolving customer concerns quickly, tactfully and promptly-Ensure current business tools are working efficiently and correct
