Oversaw Growth, Marketing and Partnerships teams for the Ness brand and our credit card suite.- Key member of Leadership Team, worked directly with the CEO & Founders across Marketing, Finance, Ops, Design and Customer Experience to define strategy and drive success for the first of its kind health + wellness consumer credit card. - Led Marketing organization comprised of Partnerships, Growth, Communications, and Content. Drove weekly leadership meetings and hold team accountable for acquisition, partnership and brand-awareness KPIs.- Defined Ness’s card value proposition by creating a strategic vision and driving innovative deal negotiations for co-funded card benefits with brands and influencers like Mastercard, Sweetgreen, Whole30, Seed, Parsley Health, Exhale, HigherDose and Jonathan Van Ness.- Launched and scaled a rewards marketplace consisting of 100+ brands and affiliate partners.

Directly managed the global partnerships team of international colleagues, responsible for strategic business development and relationship management, providing access for premium card members at the best restaurants in the world.- Focus on acquiring, growing and strengthening Resy's strategic restaurant partnerships.- Enhance the diversity and inclusivity of our program - 70% of recently added headline partners are female and/or chefs of color.- Scale special access to restaurants and chefs via reservations and unique programming.- Drive philanthropic initiatives and community support for restaurant partners and the hospitality industry.

As Chief of Staff to the GM and EVP of Premium Card Products and Benefits, managed cross-team strategy, communications, operational processes, organizational planning, and business results for one of the company's most profitable and influential teams.- Central point of contact for internal partners across the Consumer Business (Real Estate, PR, HR, Finance) and represented the team in multiple company-wide initiatives. - Negotiated and implemented a complex partnership with a leading, female-run media company.- Led Engagement Team & Strategy with direct and dotted line reports. Supported learning and development initiatives, improving team-wide satisfaction ratings in all categories.

- Owned and led key strategic Membership Rewards and elite status partnerships, managing a portfolio of eight multinational travel partners (Starwood, Hyatt, Best Western). - Delivered on Starwood Preferred Guest marketing plan and RFP support, including multichannel engagements to increase points transfer redemptions (+50% YoY) and enrollments 2x during a critical co-brand period. - Negotiated and launched Expedia and Fine Hotels and Resorts Pay-With-Points, Carnival and Hotels.com gift cards, and Airbnb ($30M value), increasing value to partners, card benefits and enabling increased card member acquisition.
