From dream, to goal, to reality. I am so happy to finally be able to fully focus on my passion of media design. My goal is to design the brands of my customers according to their wishes and target groups, while interacting with them on eye-level. I am really looking forward to the upcoming months! It will certainly not always be easy, but I am determined to take on this challenge!

I'm the Academy's working student and, together with my colleague, Kerstin Mommsen, I take care of the Academy's online presence. We organize the postings for LinkedIn and edit the content of the website. I also support various colleagues with their tasks and projects.

My internship at Ritter included various tasks in the digital space. In addition to the coordination of various social media postings and campaigns. I also had the opportunity to completely redesign the homepage as part of the #entdeckedasgut sustainability campaign. Due to my knowledge of the LGBTQIA+ community and gaming, I was able to share my knowledge with my team. I also supported my colleagues as much as I could with their tasks and projects.

My main tasks were to prepare the editorial plan for the various social media channels, adapt content, and provide textual content. Through direct communication with clients via social media, I was able to learn a lot and gained more self-confidence in dealing with the various networks.By offering my own initiative and thanks to the flexibility of my employer, I was able to contribute creative and structural ideas and improve processes and content. This internship impacted me significantly in the best way possible.

My job at reframe is to create the corporate design as well as implement it throughout the company. Furthermore, I am part of the marketing team and try to support our startup by using my competencies. Working within this startup has enabled me to go beyond my comfort zone and I have learned a lot about social entrepreneurship as well as founding your own business.

Working at the Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Reutlingen was very enjoyable. My main tasks were supporting the marketing team with any tasks such as designing and handing out flyers, attending events and advertising. Through my work, I was able to meet many founders and extend my knowledge of event organization, marketing, and customer contact.
