Williams Brothers is the 4th pharmacy I have worked at as a pharmacy technician, the previous being two CVS Pharmacies and Hancock's Drugstore. Through these positions I have gained strong customer service skills, experience with insurance claims and communication between doctors, pharmacies, and insurances, and general pharmacy and medication knowledge. My roles in these positions included:- Entering, filling, and dispensing prescriptions- Answering phone calls to the pharmacy- Working with patients to deal with issues including insurance or communication with doctors - Running registers and checked out patients- Working with insurance claims and rejections

- Lead team in all pregame warm up and activities- Lead team practices - Worked individually with athletes on specific skills- Coordinated and planned drills, practices, and game plans with head coach

- Counselor at a summer camp for kids aged 5-14. - Supervised children throughout the length of a workday- Created and lead campers in activities and games- Coordinated and planned with other leaders to create a positive environment
