Director Of R&D
Current- Oversee R&D, Regulatory, and Compounding departments.- Technical point of contact both internally and for Clients.- Work directly with Clients and Brand Owners to develop effective, differentiated cosmetic products and bring them to market.- Manage more than 100 R&D projects at a time and complete each within specified budget, timeline, and regulatory guidelines.- Control department budgets.- Implement 5S, lean principles, 4DX, and continuous improvement.- Identify, optimize, and report out R&D and Compounding KPIs.- Oversee the manufacture of compounded batches to ensure successful scale-up.
