These formative years instilled in me a passion for education and a commitment to fostering growth and learning in others.I transitioned to a decade in forest management and wildland firefighting, where I embraced the challenges of high-stakes environments, developed leadership skills, expertise in forest practice and critical incident management, and a deep understanding of team dynamics. My role included office management, where I streamlined operations, coordinated logistics, and ensured the smooth functioning of our forestry and firefighting teams. This period cultivated my resilience, adaptability, and capacity to lead under pressure.For the past two years, I have leveraged my diverse skill set in the corporate world as a trainer at a financial institution. Here, I lead new hire onboarding, imparting crucial knowledge on financial policies, procedures, and company culture. My role involves creating and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip new employees with the tools they need to succeed. I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth, both for myself and those I mentor.
