-Lead and develop hourly associates and shift assistants in daily tasks, providing coaching and feedback as necessary. -Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of customer packages, troubleshooting issues with addresses and customer requests and escalating as necessary.-Ensure station compliance to global standard operating procedures and help provide and implement continuous improvements.-Assist station and delivery partners in the onboard of new delivery associates as well as third shift Blue Badge sortation associates by ensuring the completion of onboard paperwork, training compliance, and printing access badges. -Support daily operations leadership in management of the facility, including management of supply ordering and communication with and payment of vendors.

-Responsible for the intake and scheduled care for foster children residing in the facility.-Arrange for and provide ongoing in-service training to group home staff. -Responsible for scheduling 24 hour awake staffing, summer, weekend and nighttime activities, and appointments for children in care. -Liaison between client, case manager, court and group home staff in ensuring that all medical, emotional, legal, and placement needs are met.

-Responsible for maintaining AAA Four Diamond property standards through friendly, prompt, and professional service. -Recruit and maintain new members for customer loyalty program, Priority Club Rewards, through education and maintenance of outstanding customer service and guest experience. -Provide authentic experiences to guests and coordinate and respond to guest requests, issues, and complaints.-Register guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and surrounding areas.

-Maintained the inventory of hotel vacancies, reservations and room assignments.-Responsible for balancing guest accounts, responding to guest inquiries and checking guests into and out of hotel accommodations.-Developed and produced a property wide New Employee Orientation Manual, and Front Desk and Reservations Cross Training Manual.

-Utilized Outback’s high quality service standards to offer exceptional food service.-Responsible for sale and delivery of food and beverage to multiple guests, as well as balancing of bills as an independent cashier. -Established and maintained weekly karaoke night as a means of additional revenue.-Promoted through all levels of front of the house positions from Hostess to Floor Key, a front of the house management position.-Provided support for all front of house operations, including maintaining guest satisfaction as Hospitality Liaison for servers and guests.-Responsible for preparation and hostess duties for catered community events within the area.
