- Responsibility: Technical and operational support to program/projects: Planning, Monitoring, Evaluating, Reporting (PMER) and financial oversight of 6 educational rights-based projects, in 13 refugee camps. Provide strategic, programmatic, operational, and administrative support leading 31 field education staff directly, 1,538 teachers and 62,985 students indirectly. Guarantee the quality of the projects. Work with partners to collect and analyze data. Child protection and livelihood articulation and mainstream in all programs. Regular travel to the region to train staff, support partners and implement the projects. - Impact: Organization of strategies for team collaboration. 3 end-to-end Trainings for team members. Elaboration of a quality implementation and facts collection tool Kit, for report justification. Design of 3 educational studies - inclusion, teaching quality, and competencies developed in class.
