Ensure the perfect execution of large dinners, receptions and events that require food and beverages. I was in charge of a large floor staff, making sure that they are in proper uniform, serving the members and guests in a timely, organized, and friendly manner. I also trained my staff as well as participated in banquet setups, uniform distribution, and also worked as a Dining Room Manager in the main dining room as well as setup and maintainance of all board room meetings. I was an active manager as I truly belive that a great leader leads by example. In being actively involved with my staff, I was also able to learn from them as well.
