I am a creative change-maker, passionate about human interaction, communication and sustainability. Intuition, transparency and pragmatism are my main assets!I started my engineering studies at GroepT in Leuven in 2001 and finished at PIH Kortrijk in 2006, where I specialised in industrial design and eco-design. I hold a Master's degree in Industrial Design.During my studies, I discovered I was dyslexic. During the first years of my career I considered this mostly a handicap. After a while, I discovered that my neurodivergence gave me some superpowers like 'sensing' groups; synthesizing complex information; thinking creatively and analytically; etc. From 2008 to 2012, I was a partner in the strategic consulting firm, Futureproofed. There I was responsible for project management, data visualisation, financial management and HR. However, I felt my talents could be put to even better use. From this idea, I founded Visuality in 2014. This consultancy firm wants to support companies and organisations to bring positive change to the world by using communication-, facilitation-, coaching and visualisation skills. My background as a sustainability engineer and my energetic personality, helps me to lead this company in a participatory, co-creative and sustainability way. Over the past years Visuality worked for both private and non-profit clients and grew into a stable and reliable SME helping to pave the way to a better future. The journey isn’t finished. I continue to be a real lifelong learner. I regularly follow training courses on communication, visualisation, agile & scrum, coaching, collaboration, facilitation and change to further develop the skills I need to continue my mission.
