•Responsible for training and developing the Italian store teams, as well as the retail management teams in line with brand objectives.•Plan, prepare and deliver classrooms training material.•Conduct one on one individual training with all staff members through coaching and development activities in a clear and logical manner so the trainee is capable of performing all required job tasks. •Evaluate strengths and weaknesses, performance and strategy going forwards.•Analyse store’s figures.•Plan and design store’s events and new strategy going forwards in order to achieve company’s targets. •Collaborate within the marketing department in the product development and also responsible to create new face chart looks and website contents updates.

• Development of cosmetics and toiletries.• Collaboration in the activities of buying and developing product (choice of packaging, decorations, colors, finish, formulas, construction ranges and collections)• Collaboration in the development of marketing communication materials (catalogs and press releases) and visual merchandising (display, exhibition criteria, display and POP materials).• Responsible for training plan, prepare classrooms training material.
