Current- Support the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies.
- Provide consultative guidance, coaching and support to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
- Assist in recruiting, administration of compensation and benefit programs, training, and development.
- Help foster a positive culture and work environment.
- Conduct new hire orientations.
- Implement organizational development or performance management strategies as developed by head office.
