Some of my achievements and tasks as Senior Frontend Engineer at Caspar Health:- Implement a complete chat and video-calls functionality.- Architecture and development of a mobile-first, white-label ready, micro-frontends based implementation for the Patient application to be used inside a mobile WebView.- Refactor outdated legacy Angular codebase to a stable, modern and clean application, including proper Typescript coverage and improving test coverage.- Actively participate in technical discussions and decisions, mentor junior Frontend developers and Backend developers getting involved in Frontend, take care of onboarding sessions for newcomers.- Help with manual testing and automation efforts.- Close collaboration with the UX department to assure the best outcome regarding consistency, easing development work while delivering best value to the end-user.- Hiring manager tasks, conducting interviews in search for new Frontend developers, and participating in interviews and assessment for other roles.

Cuarto Punto was a software factory with multiple websites. I entered as a semi-senior PHP developer and in just a few months I became Team Leader in charge of development estimations, organize and delegate tasks to team members, give support and training to junior developers, along with proper programming in three different projects and the developing of our own framework.PHP, MySQL, Javascript (jQuery), HTML, CSS.

This was my first experience working in a team. I was responsible for developing the framework and CMS used by the different websites the company offers, resolving bugs and security issues.
