1) Preparing and maintaining the monthly cash statement, casual salary, overtime and petty budget statement.2) To prepare and maintain vouchers, cash / bank book, stock register, fixed assets register timely for smooth operation of accounting system. Receive and check financial documents, cash monitoring, IOU slip. 3) Maintain company accounts, cash and bank transactions, transport bill, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record and petty cash management and reconcile bank accounts daily basis.4) All bills and documents related to Finance & Accounts department are checked and transport bills are checked and payment for goods carrying from Port/Benapole.5) Day to day all accounting transaction recording and prepare monthly and annually budget. Ensure the report on cash management and reconcile bank accounts daily. Check and record personal all bill, expenses and any other task assigned by HOD. 6) The daily report is to be shown to the CFO-HOD of the Finance & Accounts department.
