I am a graduate of Haramaya university with BA Degree in Management on 2011.After graduation I got the opportunity to work as an intern at an international non-governmental organization called SOS Children’s Villages Ethiopia. During that time I was responsible to assist the HR administration office(HR Assistant).Starting from November 6,2012 I was start to work at private company called CGF Business Group PLC.I was responsible for the position of Personnel Head .Starting from November 11,2014 I start to work in an international non-governmental Korean organization called World Together and I was again responsible for Project officer position. Currently I am working as an HR & Finance Officer in PROJECT-E NGO,.In those experiences I have acquired a good working experience and learned the value of hard work.
