- Hired and promoted team of three to identify, recruit and enroll students in grades 7-12.- Created a new admissions rubric reflecting mission-appropriate traits of Stoneleigh-Burnham School students; developed new virtual webinar series; and, wrote primary language for new VOICE10 certification program- Collaborated and created partnerships across faculty, staff and individual departments- Used admission funnel data and metrics to create goals and projections based on individual portfolios- Developed relationships with agents, consultants and CBOs for recruiting new students - Actively read applications, interviewed students, families and therapists and made admission decisions

Promoted to Senior Director in July 2016. Oversee staff of four assistant and associate directors and provide oversight and leadership in eight primary areas: Regional Networks, Identity and Student Organization Interest Networks, Undergraduate Student and Recent Alumni Engagement, 5th, 10th, 25th and 50th Class Reunions, Landmark or Anniversary Reunions as applicable, Mature Alumni Engagement and staff-driven university regional initiatives. Alumni relations point of contact on cross-campus teams for the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing and the Tony Awards.

I serve as manager of both the Campus Programs and Global Networks teams after incumbent left the university, supervising and overseeing combined team of nine people. I am accountable for leading the team responsible for creating and executing programming and annual giving engagement strategies for all areas of campus programming including Ceilidh Weekend, Spring Carnival & Reunion Weekend, student and young alumni programming, Alumni Awards, and college liaison and campus partner initiatives in addition to the Global Networks team scope of work mentioned below. I am also the staff partner to the Pittsburgh Alumni Chapter and the Carnegie Mellon Black Alumni Association.

Oversee staff of 4.5, managing the university alumni chapters around the world and all interest groups based on student experience, professional affinity, and personal identity. The Global Networks team is an integrated team of advancement officers with each person responsible for elements of both alumni relations and annual giving. Member of the team also manage the alumni career programming, parents program, educational programming, and the travel program.

Responsible for rebuilding, guiding, and managing the university’s regional chapter organizations with the goal of facilitating active multifaceted engagement, resulting in a growth of 237.5% - domestic from 14 to 32 chapters and international from 2 to 22 chapters.
