Well hello there!My name is Mara. Currently 26 years old, I have worked a variety of jobs across several fields.• For 3 and a half years I worked as a professional photographer on my college campus.• During one summer break I was a member of a pack-out team that removed damaged items from homes after a flood or fire.• For the past year and a half and I have worked as a relief manager at a self storage facility.• Since 2021 I have managed my own online business.Some skills I have learned and been able to apply to my various positions include:• Working directly with clients to schedule and follow through on appointments.• Communicating with clients on a daily basis via phone, text, me email.• Being available during any all business hours to answer questions or process payments.• Clean and maintain the office, facility, and rental vehicles.• Compassion for clients and the difficult situations they may be facing and how it may impact their ability to make payments on time. This also entails finding a compromise between the client and the business when possible.• Doing market research and price comparisons to make sure the product/service being provided is on par with that of my competitors.
