Lead the firm’s work to combat human trafficking, oversee research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, product development, and dissemination of initiatives developed in this area. Also lead the organization's training to combat human trafficking. Involved in Urban Strategies’ outreach to Latino communities and develop capacity building strategies to advance work at the grassroots level.

• Interfaced with high level diplomats, multilateral agencies, development banks, NGO's, and foreign government in order to advocate , promote our organization country branch and project goals while also seeking opportunities for collaboration • Facilitated participation at UNESCO General Assembly and UN international forum which served to give government and local communities the opportunity to address challenges affecting the rural populations in their respective country. • Provided administrative support for newly assigned country directors which included preparing travel arrangements and planning meetings with key program stakeholders. • Worked with various international education organizations to establish the first Multilingual Education Working Group in the D.C. area which served to share academic research and highlight key education issues related to multilingualism
