1. Accounting and Financial Reporting • Prepare bank and cash vouchers • Record and compile transactions in journals and ledgers • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts • Assist with monthly closing and preparation of monthly financial statements - Assist with the monthly tax and annual tax computation and returns • Communicate with the tax office for up to date taxation information • Account/ bank reconciliation • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system with the correct project budget. • Assist with the preparation and coordination of audit process - Maintain up-to-date accounting and financial information system • Perform other related duties as required 2. Human Resources Administration • Responsible to filing monthly tax return and annual tax return to the tax office • Maintain confidential employee files • Assist with payroll administration 3. Logistics and Procurements Transactions Process • Coordinate with Operations Assistant on payment of invoices from vendors • Prepare and process invoice payments • Prepare and process payments to project sites • Ensure payments to vendors and suppliers are on time • Review invoices and ensure no irregularities on the invoices • Prepare projects invoices to sponsors for reimbursement on study expenses 4. General • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

• Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data• Examining company accounts and financial control systems• Gauging levels of financial risk within organizations• checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable• Ensuring that assets are safeguarded• Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made• Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations• Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with and undertaking reviews of wages• Assist with development, monitoring, maintenance and supervison of production, administrative and financial information system.• Work with other supervisors on all matter, which require close liaison for the purpose ensuring that the works effectively.

• Full handle administrative functions finance and accounting in the estate including computerized costing and estimating operations the current system and plans like : Made all the daily voucher transaction, Made financial statement (Income statement, balance sheet statement, Equity statement, Cash Flow, ect) & Calculated VAT, Income tax article 21, 22, 23, 25 and reported to KPP every period• Assist with development, monitoring, maintenance and supervison of production, administrative and financial information system.• Work with other supervisors on all matter, which require close liaison for the purpose ensuring that the works effectively.
