As a program assistant for the Woman's Initiative for Social Entrepreneurship at Ashoka Arab World, I help empower women to create positive social change in their communities. I have a bachelor's degree in interior design from Alexandria University, and I use my creative and analytical skills to design and implement programs that support women entrepreneurs in various fields and sectors. I also have experience as a program officer at Enroot, where I facilitated the integration and education of immigrant and refugee youth, and as an operational specialist at MIHI, where I managed training and development projects for marginalized groups. I am passionate about social justice, diversity, and inclusion, and I have acquired multiple certifications in digital marketing, career directions, and minority rights and advocacy. I speak English, and Arabic, and I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others who share my vision and values.
