The reality we live in is complex and unstable. New technologies, organizational models, increasingly multifaceted markets force companies and people to adapt continuously. In an atmosphere of uncertainty and frenetic change, the person, at any company level, experiences a state of mind of tension, stress and fear that fogs the sight and generates a lack of objectivity. Despite having the skills, we often enter into crisis due to the ancestral fear that arises in front of the world that changes around us suddenly. It's a feeling I know well: I have defeated two cancers. In doing so, I have developed a conviction: healing and facing the disease are two different levels. The former is strictly clinical, the latter is systemic. Nobody can be sure of recovery, but everyone should be able to face the disease: have the tools, information and strategies to manage the problem and maximize the opportunities to solve it. I have combined my personal history with my pragmatic background of accounting and sales and I have structured my own method of problem management: I transfer to people the tools to reduce the problem, understand the priorities, generate clarity and create a strategic and effective action plan . I do this by helping women with cancer to fight their battle: I am the first accredited Cancer Coach in Europe, as well as ACC ICF accredited coach. I help companies and freelancers through workshops aimed at acquiring the tools to manage the problems that arise from changes, choices and responsibilities. I help associations and bodies to train their operators to communicate effectively with cancer patients. I am called as a speaker by companies and popular organizations and I am the author of the book "Cancer - the starting line for your rebirth". I have Cancer Coach certifications, courses in Psycho-Oncology and Master in Communication and Strategic Problem Solving and I am constantly training.
