Performed assessment on the WiSE 201x course to ensure the course is meeting University Diversity requirements, advancing gender equity in STEM, fostering in participants a sense of belonging as women in STEM, and empower participants to persist and thrive in their STEM majors.-Performed assessments on student leadership opportunities in WiSE (office workers, student role models, peer facilitators) to determine the level to which these opportunities fostering in participants a sense of belonging as women in STEM, develop participants’ leadership capabilities, and empower participants to persist and thrive in their STEM majors. -Performed assessments on the WiSE residential living option to determine if the experience is fostering in participants a sense of belonging as women in STEM, and empower participants to persist and thrive in their STEM majors. -Facilitated assessment report to WiSE Corporate Advisory Board to help the program and board members learn about benefits and student experiences within WiSE. I also provided recommendations for areas of improvement.

-Demonstrated knowledge of organizational practices by administering the hiring process of around 500 undergraduate employees each academic year, including interviews, hiring decisions, and quality assurance. -Facilitated interactive group orientation sessions for hired employees(25 adults at a time); providing job expectations, resources, and skills necessary for successful group tutoring to best meet organizational practices.-Collaboratively designed employee professional development curriculum and led workshop sessions.-Collaboratively designed student leader professional development curriculum on Creating and Inclusive Environment centered in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion work.-Conducted and analyzed assessment projects throughout each semester to maintain a reliable and valuable program.

-Taught this course in person to a group of 32 students.-Provided individualized feedback and support for completed work and student participation to assist in student learning and development.-Used knowledge of the current challenges, trends, and effective strategies to retain students in higher education to support non-traditional and first students enrolled in this course. This course is designed to support students with resources and practices that will allow them to persist during their time in higher education. -Planned and conducted lessons covering topics such as goal setting and motivation, time management, learning strategies, and campus community resources.-Used principles and practices related to academic advising and retention strategies to support students' individual and collective functioning. -Facilitated opportunities for reflective and experiential learning outside of the classroom using a flipped classroom format.

-Used principles and practices related to academic advising and retention strategies to support students' individual and collective functioning. -Conducted one-on-one coaching sessions with students who wish to improve their academic performance.-Coached students to help increase retention through critical thinking and strategic communication.-Track and report student information using campus-wide data management systems much like PeopleSoft and DARS (we used EAB).

-Provided an orientation for new families enrolled in the pre-school and school age programs.-Supervised one full-time staff member and 5-8 part-time student employees. -Evaluated the staff’s professional development to build rapport and an effective working relationship.

-Provided excellent customer service by responding to requests, assisting with product selection and handling ordering functions.-Resolved order issues over phone with 5-15 customers daily.-Traveled exhibitor shows and was a part of the show site management team, customer care, billing, sales, and receivables.-Launched a new sustainability program as the Office Sustainability Coordinator and planned corporate events.-Met goals on time in terms of completing tasks and making sales.-Experience assessing client needs, identifying/recommending solutions, and building/managing client relationships.
