• Conducting of industry specific Talent Mapping to find suitable candidates.• Marketing individuals with exceptional skills to potential employers.• Interviewing candidates for potential opportunities. • Screening candidates before shortlisting.• Presentation of shortlisted candidates to client.• Attending briefings with the Business Development Manager and client visits.• Setting up interviews both internal and external.• Confirmation emails/ correspondence to candidates and clients regarding interviews, venues, times etc.• Updating database with new candidates and candidate information.• Attending strategy and planning meetings weekly.• Supplying feedback to candidates regarding roles/ positions interviewed for.• Update meetings with relevant BD when working on a project/role.• Requesting of references, certificates and any other required documentation from candidates.• Searching of potential candidates using job portals, social media, internet, networking, referrals and headhunting.

Overall role is to give support, guidance and advice to first time entering students to the University of The Free State through various responsibilities such as:- Showing students where classes and other extra curricular activities take place- Giving frustrated students emotional support when it is needed- Ensuring that students are able to get registered- Referring students to the appropriate departments
