Initially hired as an consultant and then full time to establish and lead the global designer jewelry division, negotiating and executing licensing agreements with leading RTW and accessory designers in conjunction with securing strategic partnerships. Brand portfolio included French Connection, Laundry by Shelli Segal, The Sak, Sakroots, Sam Edelman, and Carmen Marc Valvo. Oversaw P&L, design, sales, marketing(digital and print), product development, and logistics. Hired and retain a formidable team by creating an entrepreneurial supportive culture and clearly defining the vision and goals of the division.

Merchandising and creative leader hired to launch new, venture funded, retail concept offering name brand designer products sold off price through automated retail "fashion" kiosks nationwide. Categories included handbags, beauty, jewelry, home decor and accessories. Secured merchandise from Swarovski, Coach, Kenneth Cole, Carolee, Juicy Couture and HBO among other leading brands.

Recruited to lead the $250 million jewelry division of Jones Apparel Group. P&L responsibility for US and International leading merchandising/design/marketing/sales for all brands including 9West, Anne Klein, Givenchy, Judith Jack, Napier, Rachel Roy and private label. Led design/marketing/sales of this innovative e-commerce personalized watch and jewelry company featuring their proprietary software and unique supply chain. Executed licensing agreements with Nickelodeon, NFL, NBA, Mattel, MGM & Warner Brothers to develop and distribute their personalized products through the Ewatch ecommerce platform. Traveled extensively overseas refining supply chain, streamlining manufacturing processes and establishing QC & operational standards.

Led global retail and brand development for Marie Claire, Good Housekeeping, and Cosmopolitan magazine brands. Executed licensing agreements in fashion, home, and accessory categories. Established retail programs at QVC, HSN, Walmart among others. Expanded European Cosmopolitan franchise with Harrods, Marks and Spencer by introducing beauty, lingerie and accessory categories.

Completed executive training program and held senior level buyer positions in fine and fashion watches, designer jewelry, bridge and fashion jewelry. Launched leading designer brands including David Yurman, John Hardy, Steven Lagos. Launched fine watch collections of Cartier, Omega, Breitling, ESQ and Swiss Army Watches.
