I have had a very successful career in the Fashion Industry for 15 years, both developing new products & managing people, which I have loved. During this time one of my main passions has been to help people, motivate & nurture their talent. Working in fast paced environments, adhering to critical paths managing workload & working with multiple disciplines across businesses has given me some of the best experiences & ones I will carry with me into my future of coaching & in the Health & Wellbeing Industry.
