I have had a very successful career in the Fashion Industry for 15 years, both developing new products & managing people, which I have loved. During this time one of my main passions has been to help people, motivate & nurture their talent. Working in fast paced environments, adhering to critical paths managing workload & working with multiple disciplines across businesses has given me some of the best experiences & ones I will carry with me into my future of coaching & in the Health & Wellbeing Industry. Over the last 15 years my keen interest & personal experiences in alternative health & individuals’ wellness made me want to take my learnings to a much deeper level. In 2022 I have began my journey studying to become a qualified and certified Holistic and Integrative nutrition Coach.Health is a lifestyle, and that’s the number one thing I tell myself and others.
