I was responsible for the management of operations in the BPO Unit (Business Process Outsourcing), which has a turnover volume of 15 million euros per year. I was then responsible for the training and implementation of training, quality, and continuous improvement project, using Kaizen and Lean Management Projects Tools, in 40 operational areas and covering about 600 employees in Portugal.In 2022, I was a Rotary Governor in Portugal, representing more than 2000 volunteers, and managing the fundraising of over 800 thousand dollars.
