• Support Data Governance Director for enterprise customer database (ECD) architecture and roadmap -- Single Customer View(SCV)/Household View/ Single Sign On (SSO)• First level support for data sourcing/mining, processes, infrastructure within Data Analytics• Liaise with IT for development, project management, faults and overall maintenance of ECD• Analyze customer and transactional data as basis for all strategies and action plans in alignment to Global and Regional initiatives such as product development and leads generation• Analyze customer behavior based on payment, purchase frequency, viewing habits and revenue to determine segments to customize sales and marketing campaigns

- Ensures Regulatory compliance reports are submitted on time- Monitors and tracks operational expenditures (OPEX) on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis- Provides in-depth analysis of OPEX performance on a Business Zone level- Proposes and implements OPEX savings initiatives- Facilitates the implementation of strategies pertaining to Billed Volume and Revenue Growth- Supports in the maintenance of the implementation of the Read and Bill System

- Takes the lead on projects in order to improve the business process.- Analyzes the different aspects of the business and in charge of disseminating process information to the team. - Looks into possible issues and improvements in order to ensure business stability and efficiency. - Determines the criticality and importance of migrated tasks and business cases to determine the necessary action plans. - Processes and analyzes offshore tasks and reports for stakeholders abroad in order to oversee bookings, sales, detention and demurrage, surcharges, on different strings, countries, regions, and clusters in order to increase marketability, productivity, and overall company performance.
