Electronic Warfare Training and Simulation System (EWTSS) is a complex System composed by several Hardware and Software parts. The final objective is to create a Modular, Flexible and Scalable solution for a multi-players and multi-roles digital arena, providing a high-fidelity simulation center for the complete lifecycle of EW (Electronic Warfare) activities in the full Electro Magnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO).As the Project Manager, my main duties/responsibilities:- Focal point person for main communications and negotiations with the Customer- Manage Project budget/revenues- Ensure the correct and in-time completion of milestones- Monitor and control the planning/execution of Project activities- Coordinate System and Software Engineer teams- Coordinate and negotiate with Suppliers

Earth Cognitive system 4 Covid-19 (ECO4CO) is a project that provides support for COVID-19 outbreak crisis management; it combines Artificial Intelligence with information coming from the Web, from space (Earth Observation), and from physical devices. ECO4CO has been selected as the winner for the Health Emergency category of the Global Call launched by the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO). The project is co-funded by the European Space Agency (ESA).As the Project Technical Manager, I am responsible for:- Defining System Architecture and main interfaces- Coordinating all technical activities for all project partners- Ensuring the proper execution and performance of all technical tasks in the contract- Coordinate the System Validation and Integration- Negotiating as necessary and implementing agreed changes in Project requirements, in case of need, during the Project Life Cycle - Providing ESA with a single point of contact for the technical communicationsD-Flight (www.d-flight.it) is the official Italian access point for low-altitude air traffic management services of drones. d-flight S.p.A. is a company belonging to ENAV Group.As the Technical Manager for Telespazio activities, I am responsible for:- coordinating technical activities for Satellite Operation/Navigation/Communication groups- contribute for the definition of system design, Architecture, Interface specifications- contribute for the definition of system Requirements, Verification procedures- verify and validate system functionalities- proposing and negotiating new functionalities- Providing d-flight with a single point of contact for the technical communicationsOther activities:- Ai-Team: coordination & focal point for Telespazio activities related to Machine Learning/Deep Learning/ Artificial Intelligence- Management of Telespazio DEVOPS software tools (sw configuration, build, quality control, deployment)- contribution to proposals

Responsible for Ground Segment System engineering activities in multi mission and inter-operable environment projects for ESA, ESRIN, Italian Ministry of Defense, Turkish Ministry of Defense. Main duties are: management of working groups for the realization of software modules, system architecture/design, technical contribution to proposals, effort evaluation, coordination of maintenance and evolution activities for software modules (projects: OPTSAT-3000, PRISMA, CDS-Copernicus, GOKTURK). Other duties: Responsible for the realization of a centralized software build system platform, definition and configuration of build tools and operating systems in a centralized and virtualized environment, available to all Telespazio Software Development teams.
