Hired into DSCI to be the east coast trainer as the company was being acquired by TelePacific (now TPx). The role involved designing product/ application courseware for new employees and training current employees on product modifications. The curriculum included: e-learning modules, in-class/virtual trainings, labs/exercises, and individual follow-up. - Key contributor in the design and delivery of the first east coast Onboarding Program, a 70-hour training that instructed employees from east and west coasts on effective installation of company products. Program included 300-page training guide and hands-on exercises/labs. Facilitated >30 monthly in-person and virtual trainings.- Created monthly “coffee talks” for sales engineers to deliver to their sales groups on the newest product suite. - Developed/facilitated monthly installation training module for technical groups on the newest product offerings.
