At ManpowerGroup I had responsibility for global strategy, HR, marketing, risk management, PR, ESG, D,E& I, innovation and thought leadership. I also had responsibility for our Right Management business segment. I have been board member of GOJO Industries, a manufacturer of PURELL and other hand hygiene products, since 2011 and chair their People Committee. I joined BrightView Inc (NYSE: BV) a $2.5 billion commercial landscaping firm's board in 2019 and ULINE, North America's largest shipping and business supplies company board in 2020. Following my retirement in March 2020, I started Xceleration LLC, a human capital consulting business, where I provide advice and services on human capital strategy, talent, D,E &I, compensation, workforce productivity and performance issues as well as CEO coaching.I served as the Vice Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Gender Parity for several years and was an active speaker globally on how to improve the representation of women in leadership. I presented in several countries and advised the Austrian Defense Force on gender equality.I serve on the executive committees of the Peer Roundtable for CHROs and was an Executive Director of the HR Policy Association where I led the Workforce 2020 initiative and was the Vice Chair of the Center on Executive Compensation. In 2012, I was elected as a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR) and was named HR Executive of the Year. In 2015, I was named as one of the 15 most influential and prominent women leading HR functions in the United States.A strong advocate of providing young people with opportunities, I’m a supporter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, chairing their Compensation Committee for over ten years, a member of the University of Buffalo School of Management Dean's Advisory Council and I sat on the Advisory Board of the Alverno College School of Business. I
