I am a repeat founder in the technology-enabled healthcare space - having built and led my first company from inception to profitability in the UK, and now working on my second venture in the US. My background is in clinical medicine and cancer research, having completed my MD at the University of Freiburg in Germany, followed by my DPhil (PhD) in Oncology as a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford. Right now, I am completing my Executive MBA at The Wharton School, thereby adding to my skillset as an entrepreneur and manager. With my first company, I have successfully raised >$15M in venture funding, closed millions in deals with biotech and pharma clients and partners worldwide, recruited top team members and advisors, led the implementation of the company's IP strategy, been a Board member for six years, and represented the company nationally and internationally. My goal as a company builder and executive is to maximize the impact I can have on healthcare and technology through entrepreneurship - and I look forward to connecting with fellow founders, scientists, clinicians, and others paving the way for new and better products, services, and solutions.
