• Troubleshot and repaired Point-of-Sale systems, laser printers, pharmacy workstations, networking equipment, servers, photo kiosks, rf devices, and ScriptPro SP200 robotic dispensing machines. • Resolved regular service calls within sla 96% of the time and hardware/software refresh projects 100% of time with some occasion to be outside of assigned geographic area. • Experience with Operating Systems: Windows, Unix, Apple iOS. Software Microsoft Office, remote desktop, Filezilla. Platforms: ServiceNow, Bomgar. • Collaborated with Rite Aid leadership and outside vendors in creation and testing of various documentation. • Lead tech in over 30 store remodels, relocations, openings, natural disaster repairs, and 20 Eckerd to Rite Aid store computer system conversions. • Assisted with training of 10 new hire field techs. • Responsible for maintaining fleet vehicle and asset tracked inventory for stock parts and up to 32 stores. • Member of FTS Disaster Recovery Team and twice the Technical Advisory Group for my department.
