Responsible for change management for Capital One Bank's retail business. Scope involved direct work with Capital One Bank's 1,000 branches, retail operations and the Consumer and Small Business LOBs. Work included mergers and acquisitions, new product launches, policy changes and updates, response to legislation, divestiture, market entry and others. Role included coordination of key partner organizations in carrying through large-scale change, including communications, training, business intent, strategy, real estate and other teams.

Communications lead for Capital One Bank, the company's largest division. Working directly with the bank president, drove communications and change strategies for three major regional-bank acquisitions and integrations, helping create one of the nation's top banks. Drove communications and change strategies in response to the financial crisis, as well as hurricanes Rita and Katrina. Responsible for the design, hiring and scoping of the bank communications team, and the creation and monitoring of internal channels for over 14,000 associates in more than 1,000 locations.

Led planning, design and implementation of large-scale change projects for large, publicly traded financial services corporation. Built a team of internal consultants and toolsets to drive the company's largest change efforts, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, product and marketing launches, and others.

Designed and implemented communications initiatives and plans for Fortune 50 clients in manufacturing, health care and other sectors. Experience included redesign of new hire orientation, customer service training design and delivery, union pension communications and others.
