I have been a guest lecturer specializing in Automation and AI at DMJX across multiple courses.Moreover, I have overseen, organized, and delivered a comprehensive 3-day diploma course at DMJX focused on Automation. I was a guest lecturer at Copenhagen Business School in the course, Principles of International Marketing, for 250 International Business and International Shipping and Trade bachelor students. I was asked to lecture about customer relationship management (CRM) and more specifically about optimizing and measuring customer loyalty and targeting these loyal customers to drive long-term growth, as a result of my work for NPS.Today and Lasso X.

I volunteered for the national service for 4 months at Antvorskov Kaserne in Slagelse, Denmark. The educational focus was on maturity, meticulousness, punctuality, teamwork and responsibilty.

I was initially employed to help implement a new SAP CRM system. However, I was soon responsible for more complex tasks such as responding to requests from customers, entering information from engineers into the CRM, invoicing customers, contacting customers to obtain purchase orders, tracing system errors in the CRM system and planning the servicing of tools with our service engineers and customers. During my 3rd year at Roskilde Handelsskole, I took the role as a student teacher. It included helping students at the same and the grades level below me with their homework and preparing them for exams. My area of expertise was in sales/marketing, international business, accounting, and math classes.

I worked as an assistant at Blockbuster but was also trained in the manager’s role for those times that the store manager was absent. I handled both the customer service and the daily work of managing the store during my time there.

I worked for a one-man auto mechanic business as an assistant, helping to keep the garage clean and in order. The mechanic was a stickler for discipline and I learned a lot about the importance of good organization and punctuality.
