► I work closely with Practice Leader and other team managers to determine what is required to manage the team and oversee client projects while leading the team to meet or exceed all Professional Service performance metrics and project deliverables.► I manage performance of a team of implementation consultants to ensure appropriate development and growth.► I identify areas for improvement and develops and executes solutions to improve in areas including operations, documentation, utilizations and customer satisfaction; manages users, monitor metrics and creates reporting.► I assist with review of bookings, resource usage and constraints in order to anticipate demand and assigns Consultants to projects and billable work that refine utilization.► I work with the Sales Team to assist with scoping calls, creating estimates and SOW’s.► I assist with hiring, training and mentoring of resources to ensure resource pool is project ready and assimilated into the team and the related job responsibilities.► I provide management support for client escalations to drive issue resolution.► I collaborate with other company departments to create companywide best practice and enhance global capacities.► I serve as client advocate and ensures the provision of services that build long-term relationships between the company and customers.

Senior Consultant• Act as main point of contact for clients in various stages of implementation (in various industries/verticals)• Work with clients to manage various projects and to work through the various project stages (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing)• Simultaneously manage multiple accounts in varying stages of implementation• Communicate clearly with customers through all appropriate methods of communication to ensure project progress and overall satisfaction• Create necessary documentation to further project progress (training documents, status reports, process documents, etc.)• Advise clients about best practices regarding database configuration, data structure and system processes• Work with internal Support and Development teams regarding Product Suggestions, Reported Issues and Base Product Development Projects (enhancements)• Conduct meetings with all project resources to ensure progress and to adjust timeline/expectations as needed (and communicate to appropriate parties)• Design/Oversee User Acceptance Testing• Facilitate communication throughout all levels within the project team (internal and client) to allow for project progress and adjustments (where necessary)• Develop/Deliver comprehensive client-focused training (remote and in-person)• Assist customers in creating/modifying reports to extract necessary data• Manage data cleanup/data management for customers to adjust, create or remove data when required• Mentor/Train Consultants• Strive to deliver Project Deliverables
