A great interest in my fellow human beings, in science-based facts and in future-oriented topics spur me on. I enjoy acquiring new knowledge and broadening my horizons, and I love to pass this knowledge on to others. My motto is: Empower people to be lifelong learners. Because learning should never stop!I started my career in 2003 at a small bank in the Kiesental and have remained loyal to the banking industry to this day. My many years of experience as a relationship manager always help me to understand why the customer (but also all employees) should always be at the centre of a company. In 2018, I switched to project management and was responsible for setting up a learning platform for all relationship managers in an agile setup to support them in their transformation. Along the way, I also started to pass on my banking knowledge to business students at the HSO.Now it's time again to broaden my horizons with more topics on a new journey as Sustainability Manager at Swiss Life to pursue and continue my newfound passion for sustainability after an incredible adventure with the Impact Advisory Team at CS Singapore last year. As part of my involvement in this area, I am also continuing to build greenstarter, through which we aim to support Swiss SMEs on their journey towards greater positive impact. All with the aim of knowing even more about how I can contribute to a sustainable society within planetary boundaries.I am looking forward to many exciting discussions. Let's connect!
