At Otis Kenyon Wine, I served as a tasting room associate where I helped manage the day-to-day tasting room operations, provided a high-level customer service to guests, and educated guests on our wines.

As a tour guide manager, I helped to train and manage a team of 30+ student workers to lead tours at Whitman College. I also helped plan and lead monthly work meetings to discuss upcoming events and update my team about changes. I also helped to create an efficient, caring, and supportive work environment with the A-team.
