I help fill online orders that are sent to the store for shipping. I keep track of cash finances for the store and keep the cash drawer at the correct amount at the open and closing hours of the store. I have learned managment skills and learned how to motivate employees to work hard, focus on customer service and sell to the best of their abilities. I am also taked with either opening or closing the store. Through this job position I have gained more skills in sales and managment.

As a wardrobe consultant at Jos. A Banks Clothiers, I was tasked with sales responsibilities and helping customers get correctly sized for suits and others men's clothing. I would greet customers as they walked into the store and identify their suits and clothing needs. I would then help customers find various suits in their sizes and help them find the perfect suit for them. I was also tasked with correctly marking the suits for the tailor to complete the various alterations that the suit or pants may have needed. I have gained many skills in sales, fashion, and customer service from this job.
