Responsible for the operation and growth of the Inspection and NDE Division of EIS. My areas of responsibility are growth strategy, business development, acting as the Mechanical Integrity SME for the company, client and employee relations, proposals, managing open purchase orders, policy and procedure development, training for the group, procuring equipment, setting budgets, and managing the profitability of the group.
