Welcome to my profile. I am an entrepreneur with 35+ years of business development experience in investment and finance, am an author, pilot, father and husband and currently honoured to be the Chairman and CEO of Integer Wealth Global.I have built my company on the experience or failures, tears, losses and many lost relationships both professional and personal encounters, but through God's Grace have persevered in humility over many years.If I can add anything to your life, I will, just ask.As a technical writer, I authored and implemented the operational systems for various South African Trade and Industry departments as also several financial institutions for their ‘SME’ development Initiatives through a national government project 2004 to 2007, and have written several technical manuals on business and financial processes, and continue writing articles, and develop structures and models for several client internationally.I also authored and developed the ‘Small Business Development Management and Governance’ models for a South African retail bank for their SME business unit at national level, servicing their SME customers.I live and studied in the UK, and have developed strong relationships with several varied investors, financiers and venture capitalists here in the U.K. as also throughout Europe.I studied a B.Tech Diploma in structural engineering and following with an MBL in project management in the early years, and also obtained an MBA in 2007 from De Montfort University in the UK.I formed the cornerstone of investment structures which govern specific commercial and industrial project investment, funding flow process and bespoke financial structures in Integer Wealth Global which are applied throughout their commercial and industrial projects in several countries.I specialise in risk management, business development and strategy, consult and advise clients on readying their businesses, corporate setup, pitch decks and business models for investment and IPO listings and create and manage several funds on various European stock exchanges.I am a pilot and motorcyclist, remain young at heart, a public speaker and have made several television and radio appearances and am a columnist for various business and newspaper publications, with two free published books and two more underway for publication soon.Feel free to view my personal website at www.marcbandemer.com or company website at www.integerwealth.global, and to contact me at marc@marcbandemer.com or marc@integerwealth.global.Bless you & hope to chat to you soon
