As a Project Manager I have the responsability to monitor severals development for interior and exterior plastics parts (instrument panels, garnish, body side moulding, overfender, under cover) in an International environment.My missions are to drive the pre SOP preparation and industrialization to give to the Plants of the COmpany the differents processes at the rate expected. I am working with a team of experts in tooling, manufacturing, painting, packaging, purchase, sales, quality and am Happy to find their support at every Customer and internal Milestones.For every Project my role is also to ensure a good information of flows with the Customer and reach and improve on the objectives in terms of Quality, leadtime and Margin.This position is a very intersting internal evolution.

During almost five years I was responsible to insure the Quality in several Projects development phases before SOP, especially for Japanese Customers in an International environment. I followed some of them after SOP to support Plants.Based on the Customer and internals rules (ANPQP/PPAP) I succeed to reach the targets and my engagment allowed me and the Team for each milstone without any "cross" evaluation.To help me in my mission I usually followed daily my KPIs.I was also in charge to prepare the differents audit from Customer and by AFNOR company.The main comment I can say about this experience is that this is very important to anticipate all Quality expectations to avoid any trouble during mass production after (initial samples, boundary samples, metrology/tolerance).

This position as a Quality Manager has been splitted in severals missions on two plants in France.The first challenge was to follow the mass production and insure a good relation with the severals Customers, french, german, and japanese.I managed the Quality but also the Safety to insure a good condition of risks and avoid the work accidents.My second challenge was to create and manage the Quality Plan in a second Plant. During two times of six months I defined the convergence plan and implemented the actions to go out of a crisis situation. It was two hard times but I met the targets an let the Plant Team in a good situation. The Customer brought back its confident.With my Team and the Direction I worked mainly on hiring, training, manufacturing action, poka yoke actions, standards works, supplier management and quality wall.

En tant que coordinateur pour un groupe multi sites de 400 personnes, mon rôle a été de traduire la politique QHSE de la Direction auprès des équipes de chaque unités et de mettre en place la démarche associée. Sur la base d'une feuille pratiquement vierge lors de ma prise de fonction (création de poste) j'ai commencé ma mission par un audit de chacun des sites. Accidentologie et taux de rebuts sont ressortis comme tête de PARETO. Sur la base de ce premier constat j'ai construit le plan d'actions QSE (EVRP, ISO9001) en partenariat avec les Directeurs de production et la Direction.Les principales missions ont été de conduire la réalisation d'actions techniques/ergonomiques (amélioration des conditions de travail, sécurisation des postes, automatisation des procédés de fabrication) et organisationnelles au travers de formations (interne/externe) et d'accompagnement terrain. La formalisation et la communication des indicateurs (TG/TF, PARETO Accidents/type ; taux de rebuts, retour clients, analyse des coûts de non qualité) ont également fait parti de cette démarche du changement animée au travers de rendez-vous hebdomadaires et mensuels auprès de chaque site.Ayant le goût du Challenge, j'aime me fixer des objectifs et mettre tout en œuvre pour atteindre ceux fixés par ma Direction.
