Working as part of a team of audio visual systems integrators. Project managing anything from a small huddle room, through corporate conference rooms, to auditoriums. Projects including (but not limited to) video conferencing with Cisco and Polycom, control systems from Crestron and Extron, sound by Shurle and Yamaha and displays from Sony. Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the customer satisfaction. Preconfiguring and testing hardware and rack building where possible before installation. Experience of digital signage, video walls, Dante and Cisco networking. Onsite involvement with installations, either managing 3rd party contractors or installing hardware and cabling were necessary. Support services supplied for all AV integrations. 2nd Line Support for IT and network services covering two buildings for the Directors, Finance and Sales teams, liaising with 3rd party suppliers. Tasks include installing and configuring laptops, screens, peripherals and printers. Configuring iPads and iPhones. Investigating and managing 3rd party suppliers with the Windows 10 roll out and Wi-Fi bridge solutions. Maintaining the Managing Director’s home IT including CCTV, Sonos, Wi-Fi APs and visual displays. Investigation and installation of conference telephones. Experience with Office 365, Teams, Skype and Cisco networking.

Ajilon Consulting (eVTC VNOC) - July 2008 – March 2019 Project Management – Liaising with both the MoD and BT regarding installations, orders and software / hardware upgrades. Recording and correlating bridge and endpoint usage statistics. 2nd line Support – troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues with Cisco, Tandberg, Sony and Polycom VTC systems. Fault resolution on equipment using Codian on IP and ISDN networks and escalating where necessary. Pre configuring and testing VTC kit before installation, site visits for installations or support services.VTC Operator – Responsible for the receipt, recording, and allocation of time for conferences and their remote set-up on to the Tandberg Management System.
