I am a licensed and insured private investigator providing services including criminal, civil, background and security investigations.I also provide training for all aspects of law enforcement with an emphasis on controlled substances including objective symptoms of intoxication, testing methods, clandestine drug manufacturing, marijuana legalization, acute and chronic effects of drug use and methamphetamine induced psychosis.

New Deputy District Attorneys undergo several weeks of training upon their initial hiring by the Riverside District Attorney's Office. I teach a section of this training related to controlled substances including recognition of controlled substances, objective symptoms of intoxication, possession vs. possession for sale, smuggling, common defense strategies and how to overcome them, presumptive field tests and management of law enforcement witnesses.I have also taught classes to District Attorney Investigators in Surveillance techniques.

Instructing cadets in the Sheriff's Academy including P.O.S.T. Learning Domain #12, (controlled substances). Also train and evaluate cadets during practical exercises such as patrol procedures, robbery response, homicide scenes, etc

Chemical Safety Training provides advanced training to emergency first responders, primarily firefighters, regarding Haz-Mat incidents. I teach a section of these Haz-Mat classes that includes the response to clandestine drug laboratories. The class includes the response to the incident, recognizing various types of clandestine laboratories, chemicals used in various types of drug labs and the hazards associated with those chemicals, assessing, mitigating hazards, disabling and dismantling drug labs, analyzing and isolating chemicals according to the hazard category, collection and preservation of evidence and disposition of hazardous materials.
