Marc Benoit gives counsel to employers of public and private sectors concerning employment, termination of employment, labour standards, unjust dismissals, employment contracts and policies, occupational health and safety, workplace harassment, human rights, interpretation and negotiation of collective agreements, mergers and acquisitions and plant closures.Marc represents employers before arbitration boards, administrative tribunals as well as human rights boards and tribunals.
