Cet accompagnement pourra inclure un parcours vers une formation pré qualifiante et/ou qualifiante, d’aide à la confirmation de projets professionnels, de réorientation professionnelle, d’aide à la recherche d’emploi ou de validation et de certification des compétences et qualifications, etc.ORGANISATION : les chercheurs d’emploi accèdent à ce type d’accompagnement, soit à leur demande, soit parce que le Forem estime que ce type de prise en charge se justifie.Cette prise en charge s’inscrit dans une logique d’écosystème sectoriel. Elle s’appuie sur une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de conseillers sectoriels, de conseillers entreprises et de conseillers PFI (Plan Formation Insertion) qui seront affectés à une « grappe » regroupant plusieurs secteurs professionnels. Une articulation forte est mise en place avec les centres de formation et les centres de compétence, de même qu’avec les services clientèles, de manière à fluidifier le passage des chercheurs d’emploi vers les formations et à poursuivre leur accompagnement pendant, de même qu’après leur formation. Le travail collaboratif entre les conseillers et les formateurs sera systématisé.Il est à noter que si le chercheur d'emploi est accompagné au sein d'une équipe sectorielle, celui-ci reste susceptible d'être mis en relation avec des opportunités d'emploi et de formation qui sortent de ce secteur si elles correspondent à son profil.
