-In-person oversight and implementation of ~150 computer networking installations at a pace of about one installation in a different North American city each week-Installation entailed correcting site survey discrepancies, identifying locations for and installing network equipment, troubleshooting the installation and confirming conformity with prescribed installation standards, which involved troubleshooting based on VLAN, DNS/DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols, where scope of installation varied from end-to-end (E2E) network upgrades, internet-phone transfers (IPT), and retrofitting in acquisitions-Primary project liaison between third-party vendors, internet service providers, location manager and their end-users, corporate IT department management, and network engineers-Established rapport with new end-users and new cabling teams for each new installation with little overlap in parties-Took ownership of IT-related requests from the end-user, despite this being outside of job description, with intent to provide exceptional customer service while on-site and in-person with the end-user rather than automatically deflecting to help desk, which led to becoming preferred Field Service Engineer after dealing successfully with several notoriously difficult end-users
