I am a big world traveler, and have had the opportunity to visit many of the western European countries and Australia through the People to People Student Ambassador Program. The program, while educational, was an experience that I remember as the most fun I've ever had, meeting people of different cultures and actually living with families for two to three days in Germany, Spain and Ireland. I also participated in around forty hours of community service during these trips, by cleaning trash in a national park in Australia and a park in Ireland, as well as helping teach students at a school in Australia.Through this program, I developed a sense of leadership as after two trips I eventually would become the Junior Student Leader, and would aid the groups of forty-plus students with their troubles of homesickness, as well as encourage to try different things. I learned that stepping out of one's comfort zone is one of the best ways to fully absorb and appreciate any experience, no matter how big or small it may be.I would love to travel across the United States, or even the world, as part of my job in order to further develop my skills with people, as I believe I am a people person and love to work with others. I believe I am a strong candidate for any job position as I put my heart and soul into my work, regardless of where I am working, and am a quick-learner.
