• Manage corporate action on equities and derivatives covering all European desk :After 1 year on equity finance desk, the team became global for all the European desks (1 Delta, volatility, proprietary trading): research and analysis, processing the events (derivatives, buy-sell and stock loan position), risk management (market rules, tax, adjustment rules on index and vanilla derivatives, pending settlement), daily support trading desks, sales, back office and clients• Set up strategies and arbitrage opportunities on dividends and optional corporate actions (development of an automatic follow up of the positions and the hedge, P&L and risk analysis)Promoted to Senior, my tasks has extended to :• Monitor continuous improvements in order to optimize the workload and decrease the operational risk (method six sigma and lean management): automation of the booking and the follow up, define key risk and performance indicators, set up a dashboard and best worldwide practices• Project management (new products and setting up in the internal systems): developing project’s plans, leading meetings

• Assessment of credit risk and guarantees for investments in aeronautic, tourism sector and real estate sectors • Defence of credit demands in executive committees
