Responsible for the management of the Kenneth J. Shouldice Library. Develops promotes maintains and evaluates library and media services to faculty, staff and the community. Represent the library on the Provost's Council, Shared Governance and other University Committees as well as statewide and regional committees and organizations. Responsible for the fiscal management of the library, including planning, developing and evaluating programs, personnel and the budget. Administer all aspects of library services for the campus, including the creation and implementation of library objectives and policies that conform with the University's mission. Maintain the library as a user friendly, multi-media learning environment for the students, campus and community. Actively consult with faculty, students and staff in utilizing library resources. Support excellence in library staff development, advocating for librarian and staff professional growth. Provide leadership and guidance regarding copyright law and licensing issues. Maintain a strong customer service image for the library. Provide reference and library instruction as needed. Provide support for faculty and students regarding changing instructional technologies including hardware, software and other educational applications. Lead multiple functional units effectively as a unified team including Testing, Accommodated Services, Academic Success Center, Career Services and the Faculty Center for Teaching.

Responsible for management of library's campus operations including instructional technology support for the campus. Provided outreach programming, often collaborating with other libraries to engage as many patrons as possible. Managed the campuses' course casting system, blog server and library course pages among other instructional technology systems. Advised Phi Theta Kappa (national honor society for two year campuses), Chess Club, Volleyball Club and the Hockey Club. Worked with campus leadership team to advise Campus Dean on administrative issues. Responsible for campus soft good sales and textbook pass-through program for students. Managed campus blog (Wordpress) server and Sharepoint instance.
